It’s important to have purpose and not just be a silly woman!

I’ve come to realise; a lot of women are falling into this trap of idolizing other peoples lives – don’t get me wrong there’s nothing wrong with wanting to be married and have children –but when you start saying “by any means necessary,” that’s when it becomes a problem that’s when you become – a silly woman.

The silly women are not just those with that “by any means necessary” mindset but also the ones that are sitting down being ineffective for God because their whole focus is now just on that one aspect of life. God has made all things beautiful in His time. Don’t go rushing into anything before you end up in some dodgy predicament sitting down in silence.
Who is this silly woman anyway? Well, the woman in Proverbs 31 ‘opened her mouth with wisdom.’ The antonym of wisdom is folly! So you will recognise a silly woman when she opens her mouth with folly.

Don’t idolise anyone, many women are just idolizing situations that they don’t even know anything about. Be content in Jesus and as you continue to do that “it will all come together.” This is part of a prophecy that I got from a gifted preacher that came to visit my church earlier on this year; I wanted to share it because often times prophecies given to one can apply to all:
The merciful God of Prophecy
“I am zealous for thee and I am jealous for thee to be my first love saith God and serve in My house, and as you continue to do that it will all come together because I am the Lord and I have ordained it!” saith God.
The word ‘zealous’ means to be passionate, obsessive and fanatical; that’s how much God wants you to be His first love! God says He is zealous for you to be His first love! Many women have forgotten their place. Many women are sitting down pondering and idolizing other peoples situations. You don’t even know the ins and outs of their circumstance. Don’t be a silly woman!
- God says He’s zealous for you to serve in His house!
- God says He’s jealous for you to be His first love.
- God says it will all come together.
Romans 8v28: He makes all things work together for good for those who love Him and are the called according to His purpose.
In this passage of Scripture the Word “called” means to be named or to be baptised according to the purpose of God. God is talking directly to us; He is saying that if you love Him and walk in His purpose then He will cause all things to work together for your good! Not some things but “all” things. In order to claim this promise you have to be certain that where you are right now is exactly where God wants you to be.
I believe this Word can be applied in many areas of life but in particular an area that has caused many women to fall off track is this area of marriage. I’ve come across some silly women in my time too! You get some who think that they are better than you because they are married; some who go to great extents to get themselves married and some who just sit down fighting for men!

Time is ticking?
That may be so but great peace comes when you walk with God – He does everything in His time. So if you’re reading this I don’t want you to start thinking ok so you’re getting close to 30 or maybe even 35 so now it’s time for “desperation” to kick in. No! God is a God of destiny and not desperation. God will train you up for ten years just to get you to one year of breakthrough. He is a God of the eleventh hour and He has made all things beautiful in His time. It’s written in Ecclesiastes 3:11 – “He has made everything beautiful in its time: also He has put eternity in men’s hearts, so that no man can find out the work that God does from the beginning to the end.”
God doesn’t always tell us what He’s doing and when but I know that He’s about to blow your mind.

God says He wants you to be His first love!! Do not sit down pondering about anyone else’s life – don’t be that women sitting down fighting for a man that’s not even fighting for you! Don’t be a silly woman.
Our God, the Maker of heaven and earth says “I am zealous for you to be My first love and serve in My house.”
